Retirees (Musicians and Non-Musicians) - Amateur - Grad Students
To encourage music lovers of all ages to refine or revive their pianistic skills is my passion. Some of my most cherished experiences in 3 decades of performing and teaching have been guiding and witnessing adult “amateur” musicians exceed their expectations in playing the pieces they love.
Whether you are a beginner, or have played for fun all your life, a retiree or a professional, whether you keep trying to get through this Rachmaninoff Prelude or daydream playing Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, I am here to give you the musical and technical tools to take your playing to the next level and beyond. Musically and technically.
I will teach you how to practice efficiently to get results, and hence, learn new pieces, faster.
Depending on your taste and aspirations, we may complement your piano study with basic notions of music theory, or historical and cultural context of the pieces you practice, learn and even perform some day!
